Hello

I am the Head of and Founder of DeWinter Group's retained search division, DeWinter Partners. I lead DeWinter Partners IT Operations, Engineering, and Product practice, which provides executive searches and foundational hires for the venture capital and private equity ecosystem.

Previously, I was a Managing Director at CVPartners, which went through a successful acquisition by Addison Group. After which, the technology group became Arete Partners.

 

I also serve as an outside advisor to private technology companies and private equity firms.

I attended the University of California, Santa Barbara on academic and athletic scholarships, and received my B.S. I followed this up with a Technology Management Program degree from their master’s Department. I continued my education in Europe, competing for my University's Track and Field team. It was here I received my first systems administrator/data analyst position and spawned my interest in startups.

 

I live in Palo Alto with my wife and my two incredible daughters.
